How to use a grain screening machine to screen rice

The grain screening machine uses a vibration motor as the vibration source to throw it up and perform uniform linear motion, evenly feeding it into the feeding port, selecting according to the double-layer screen, and then fully automatic feeding. The overall fully enclosed structure makes it difficult for smoke and dust to dissipate, and it will automatically discharge. Because the structure is relatively simple, it is also very easy to maintain.
The grain screening machine uses vibration motor vibration as the vibration source, causing it to be thrown up in the wire mesh and move forward at a constant speed in a straight line. The material is evenly fed into the discharge port of the sorting equipment from the vibrating feeder, and various types of screened and undersized materials are discharged from their respective outlets using a double-layer wire mesh. It has low energy consumption, high output, compact structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, dust overflow, fully automatic feeding, and is more suitable for assembly line production.
When the grain screening machine is working, the two electric motors rotate in opposite directions at the same time, causing the shaker to vibrate in the opposite direction. This causes the screen body to push the wire mesh to move laterally, causing the material on top to be regularly thrown forward with an effective range due to the vibration speed, thereby achieving raw material screening work. The grain screening machine is driven by dual vibration motors. When two vibration motors rotate in the same or opposite direction, the vibration velocities caused by their eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis, and are stacked together in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screening machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have a tilt angle relative to the sieve powder. Under the combined effect of vibration speed and the weight force of the material itself, the surface of the material sieve is thrown up and jumps forward in a uniform linear motion to achieve the goal of classifying and grading the material. Suitable for screening various dry powder materials with particle size distribution between 0.074-5mm, moisture content below 70%, and no viscosity. The particle size distribution of larger feeding materials shall not exceed 10mm.
The grain screening machine has two vibration motors. When the opposite vibration speed is caused, the wire mesh moves laterally, and then the material on the wire mesh is regularly thrown forward to complete the material screening work. The grain screening machine is suitable for multi-layer screening and grading of powdered and granular raw materials in assembly line operations.
