Wheat Seed Processing Line|Wheat Seed Cleaning Machine
This is a wheat seed processing line we designed and installed for a client, a small-scale wheat seed processing plant. The equipment is installed outdoors, with rain covers used during rainy or snowy days. Although the setup is simple, it achieves a very high seed processing efficiency.
This wheat seed processing line consists of multiple machines. Let’s take a closer look at each of them:
1、Wheat Seed Cleaning Machine
This is the first step in wheat seed processing. It mainly removes large impurities from the wheat, such as stones and light debris. This initial step can remove up to 99% of impurities.
2、Grading Sieve
After the first step, the cleaned wheat enters the grading sieve. This machine removes smaller or uneven grains, ensuring that the selected wheat seeds are of higher quality.
3、Seed Coating Machine
A conveyor elevates the screened wheat seeds into the seed coating machine. This equipment evenly coats the seeds with seed treatment agents, which improves stress resistance, promotes germination, and reduces the amount of pesticide needed after sowing.
4、Drying Box
The coated seeds then enter a drying box for proper drying.
5、Automatic Quantitative Packaging Machine
Finally, the dried seeds are packaged by an automatic quantitative packaging machine according to fixed weights, ready for sale as finished products.
The entire process requires only 3–4 workers to operate. Our machines are widely used in the market, with a reasonable design and stable quality, fully meeting your wheat seed processing needs.
