Automatic Cumin Cleaning and Processing Line
This cumin cleaning and grading production line was designed and installed by our company for one of our customers. It consists of multiple high-efficiency machines that work together to ensure the purity and quality of the final cumin product.
The process begins with the air screen gravity cleaner, which removes large and light impurities from the raw cumin seeds. The material then passes through a gravity destoner, effectively eliminating stones and heavier contaminants. Next, the cumin enters a grading machine for precision sorting, followed by a magnetic separator that removes soil and other magnetic impurities. Finally, the cumin goes through a color sorter to separate discolored or inconsistent seeds, ensuring a clean and uniform appearance.
After the screening process is complete, the cumin is transferred to a finished product silo and then to an automatic weighing and packing machine, where it is packed and ready for sale.
The entire production line is equipped with an advanced dust collection system, which significantly reduces dust during operation, meets environmental protection standards, and provides a cleaner, safer working environment. This also helps prevent secondary contamination of the cleaned cumin.
