Throw angle: The throw angle refers to the angle between the vibration direction of the screen body and the screen surface. The vibration direction of the stone remover is different from that of the vibrating screen and cannot be changed at will. This is the basic condition for the closely adhering stones to move upward along the screen surface. Therefore, choosing an appropriate throw angle is beneficial for the automatic classification of materials and the upward movement of closely adhering stones. However, when the throw angle is too large, the materials tend to jump off the screen surface, which is not conducive to the upward movement of closely adhering stones. The throw angle of the grain stone remover is generally 30-35 degrees.

Amplitude and vibration frequency: Amplitude refers to the vibration amplitude of the screen body, and vibration frequency is a working parameter indicating the speed of the screen body’s vibration. When the amplitude is large and the frequency is high, the materials move faster on the screen surface, and the effect of automatic classification is stronger. This is conducive to improving the separation efficiency and equipment output. However, when the amplitude is too large and the frequency is too high, the working surface vibrates violently, and the materials will jump, disrupting the automatic classification of materials. This reduces the separation efficiency. Conversely, when the materials move slowly on the screen surface and the material layer thickens, it is also not conducive to the automatic classification of materials. This not only affects the separation efficiency but also the output of the grain stone remover. The amplitude of the stone remover is generally around 3.5-5mm. The frequency of the stone remover driven by the vibration motor is generally not adjusted, and the frequency of the eccentric rotating grain stone remover is positively correlated with its rotational speed.
