1. Carpet style home decor. This method is simple and easy to learn, relatively fast, and cost-effective, but it is not very suitable for tightening fine sieves. This method is generally used for mining sorting equipment and small screening machines, and there are also a few parallel line vibration screening machines that use this method.
2. Wooden spherical mesh frame with pressed frame and mesh type. This method is very cheap, saves construction time, and has a compact structure. During installation, the wire mesh needs to protrude about five centimeters out of the machine equipment. The decorative strip of the wire mesh should be moved forward by about 2.5 centimeters, and the upper frame angle iron should also protrude about five centimeters out of the screen frame. The rear feeding end should be opened with a sealing gasket or white canvas to prevent material errors during screening of the machine equipment.
3. Iron spherical grid frame anchor bolt tightening type. This method is expensive, heavy, and complex to replace the wire mesh, but it is sturdy and durable. During the screening process, the wooden spherical grid may encounter materials with high abrasiveness, which can also produce impurities and harm the selection quality. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the wooden spherical grid with an iron spherical grid.
4. There is also a type of spherical grid specifically designed for circular sorting equipment, consisting of punched mesh, support mesh, and wire mesh for the circular spherical grid. Use a few small screws to install and tighten the thick wire mesh on top of the support net. During use, it will be necessary to cover the spherical grid with wire mesh and wrap the edges with mesh hoops to install the application.
