1.Circuit Inspection Regularly inspect the electrical circuits of the grain sorting machine for damage and aging. Damaged circuits may cause safety hazards such as electric leakage and short circuits. Replace damaged circuits in a timely manner. Meanwhile, check that all circuit connections are secure to prevent poor contact caused by loose connections.
2.Electrical Component Inspection Check whether electrical components including contactors, relays and fuses are operating normally. Observe whether there are abnormalities such as burning or deformation on component surfaces. Test component performance with tools such as a multimeter, and replace defective components promptly.
3.Grounding Inspection Ensure reliable grounding of the sorting machine. Grounding protects operators from injury in case of equipment electric leakage. Regularly verify that grounding wiring is firmly connected and that the grounding resistance meets specified requirements.
