Inspection on Appearance and Structure of Grain Sorting Machine

1. Housing Inspection
Inspect the housing of the grain sorting machine before daily operation. Check for obvious deformation, cracks or damages. If any damage is found, repair or replace the housing in a timely manner to prevent dust and moisture from entering the equipment and affecting normal operation.

2. Connection Parts Inspection
Check whether bolts and nuts on all connecting parts are loose. Connections of vibrating and transmission components are particularly prone to loosening due to machine vibration during operation. Tighten loose bolts with a wrench or other tools to ensure firm connection.

3. Safety Guard Inspection
Verify that all safety guards of the grain sorting machine are intact. Guards such as protective covers and railings prevent operators from touching moving parts and ensure personal safety. Check for damaged or missing guards, and repair or reinstall them immediately if any problems are found.
