
1. Mold Removal
The grain selection equipment transports grains via steel wire rollers to brush off surface impurities. It integrates rubbing, screening and air-drying functions to fully separate impurities from grains, reducing mycotoxin content by over 80%. Cleaned grains appear bright and glossy.
2. High Throughput
Equipped with upper and lower double specific gravity tables, the machine delivers a processing capacity of 40–50 tons per hour for primary cleaning of raw grains such as corn. When specially selected to remove moldy kernels, its throughput reaches 20–30 tons per hour.
3. High Sorting Precision
Designed with dual specific gravity tables integrating negative-pressure and positive-pressure gravity separation, materials undergo two rounds of gravity sorting for outstanding removal efficiency of moldy grains.
4. Eco-friendly Performance
The whole machine adopts a fully enclosed structure. The air suction hood fitted on the upper gravity table shares airflow with the lower table to capture fugitive dust efficiently. A twin-spiral dust collector is additionally equipped for superior air purification.
5. Energy Saving
The upper table adopts negative-pressure gravity separation while the lower one uses positive-pressure gravity separation. Airflow from the negative-pressure fan and positive-pressure fan works in series to complement each other, minimizing wind energy loss and cutting power consumption.
6. Self-balancing Vibration System
The upper and lower gravity tables vibrate in opposite directions, counteracting inertial forces mutually and enabling smoother equipment operation.
7. Stable and Reliable Operation
Advanced technology is applied to core stress-bearing positions of the gravity tables for more consistent and stable performance.
8. Full Utilization of Light Impurities
The equipment is engineered with light impurity recycling. Small granular materials and broken grains mixed in light impurities can be re-sorted and recovered for secondary utilization.
